1921-S Lincoln Cent, Sharp MS64BN PCGS Semikey Date! The 1921-S cents often show mushy strikes on the date, bust, and/or mintmark, but this one is pleasingly needle-sharp on the obverse. (Note the V.D.B. initials visible in the Trueview! How often do you see that?) The reverse center is nice and sharp, with minor weakness at the upper edge letters. This coin has great brick-red surfaces but a tiny rim bump at 3 o’clock on the obverse likely keeps this one out of the MS65 territory. It’s not at all distracting, and this coin is completely PQ otherwise. PCGS Price Guide is $325. A Gem Brown coin is going to set you back well over a grand.
