1955 Doubled Die Obverse Lincoln Cent, Gorgeous MS64BN PCGS CAC. Although we sold our two complete toned Lincoln Registry Sets over the last couple of years, we held onto this one for a while as a souvenir. We acquired this because it is one of the prettiest 1955 DDOs we have ever seen, and we still think that is true. But it’s time to deploy those funds elsewhere. The photos pretty much speak for themselves on this coin, so I would merely point out the complete absence of any spots and the glorious color, which is bolder on the obverse. Even though these coins have been around for 70 years now, they remain stunning to view. Ex: VDB Coins. CAC has seen only seven Brown coins finer with the green bean (3/2025).
