1959 Lincoln Cent, Toned PR64BN PCGS, First-Year Lincoln Memorial Issue. The redesign of the reverse in 1959, the sesquicentennial of the birth of President Abraham Lincoln, brought an end, for better or worse, to the 50-year run of the much-loved Lincoln, Wheat Reverse cents. This is a lovely toned proof example of this first-year issue of the new design. PCGS has certified only 3 in PR64BN and 6 finer (6/2023).
