1963-D Roosevelt Dime MS67 PCGS ‘Saffron Sun’. Beautifully toned with sumptuous luster and a prominent splash of saffron patina behind the head, among other hues. Someone recently asked me why I bother to try naming so many of these coins with frankly, well, sometimes-sort-of-ridiculous names. Mostly because it helps me to remember the coins and what they look like. You are more than welcome to substitute your own names. PCGS Population: 81 in 67, 5 finer (1/2021).
