1967 SMS Kennedy Half MS67 Deep Cameo PCGS ‘Birthmark Die’ Seldom Seen! The 1965-67 Kennedy SMS coins are seldom seen with the deep field-device contrast required for a PCGS Deep Cameo designation. While the 1967 is the easiest of the three (with 1966 second and 1965 the toughest of the three issues), it is nonetheless an elusive issue in high grade and with deep cameo surface contrast. This piece was made from the well-known Birthmark Die that produced some of the most phenomenal Deep Cameo examples.
