1907 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle MS64 PCGS CAC, Last Year of Type. The 1907 Liberty Head quarter eagle was the last of the long-running design in this denomination, although 1908-dated Liberty Head half eagles were struck before the Bela Lyon Pratt-Augustus Saint-Gaudens designs took over completely for the $2.50, $5, and $10 gold denominations in 1907–1908. This CAC-approved example offers glittering yellow-gold surfaces with minimal marks.
