1874 Indian Cent, Lovely Toned MS64+BN PCGS. We have no idea why PCGS called this one “Brown” rather than “Red and Brown.” Fiery reds, opulent oranges, and more-modest mauves form a stunning patina ensemble on this incredibly appealing 1874 Indian cent. The strike is essentially full, as evinced by full feathers up to their tippy-tops and four diamonds on the ribbon. A small die crack appears on the lower-left reverse from the wreath to the rim. The PCGS Price Guide is $385, FWIW.
